How to sign up and post jobs at jobs.efficiencyfirst.org

  1. First create an account under the “Employer” tab. Enter the verification code (which can be found on the member benefits page at: http://www.efficiencyfirst.org/member-benefits/#jobs but you must first log in to your EF account, then Jump to: “Effiency First Jobs Web Site”)
  2. Once you have created your account you will redirected to the sign-in page where you enter the username and password you just created, not your Efficiency First log-on information.
  3. After you sign in you will automatically be redirected to a page where you can search for resumes, job posting and etc.
  4. You can post a job as long as you have job posting credits. Your account will automatically have 999 credits after you register. You can purchase more free credits if needed. See diagram below:
  5. Then go to the “Post Jobs” tab and select “Post Single Job”. Fill in the job information and description fields, then click next. On the billing information page, fill in your contact information. The “Choose Plan” drop down menu only lists “Efficiency First Membership” as an option, so just leave it as is.
  6. Then click next, and you should see a message that states: “your job has been posted” after being redirected to the “My Account” page, where you should be able to see the job under “Listed Jobs”.
  7. The next time you want to access the job board, from jobs.efficiencyfirst.org, go directly to the link “Login” to access your account.
