- Coordinate resources and schedules for energy efficiency
programs.
- Develop relationships and networks with raters,
contractors, builders, trade allies, consumers, utilities, legislators and
code officials in order to further the overall program goals and
objectives.
- Serve as technical support expert to various
contractors, builders and consumers.
- Coordinate and deliver building science training
and classroom instruction to contractors, trade group and consumers with
varying levels of experience and knowledge.
- Track, record and monitor energy savings and
progress toward efficiency goals. Prepare monthly reports documenting
progress toward program objectives.
- Strong written and verbal communicator with the
ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical
audiences.
- This position will initially work from a home office,
with a minimum of one day per week in the Meadville PA office. Regional travel up to 30% of the time,
with occasional overnight travel required.
Minimum
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree, 3-5 years related experience,
ability to travel up to 30% regionally. Demonstrated
success in coordinating projects involving multiple staff and partners, with great
attention to detail. Strong PC skills:
MS Office Excel and Access.
Preferred: Certifications: RESNET, NAHB, BPI and LEED. Familiarity
with building science, building energy modeling, blower doors, infrared cameras
and other diagnostic tools.
