We are seeking an energetic and customer oriented candidate who shares our enthusiasm of changing the environment one home at a time. 

As a Home Performance Technician you will build relationships with home owners through direct interaction.  We strive to educate our customers and our community on how to create an energy efficient home through the use of green products and energy saving improvements.  Our goal is to change people’s lives by creating a safe, healthy, comfortable, energy efficient home.

Minimum requirements:                                                         

-         BPI Certified – Building Analyst/Envelope Professional

-         Exceptional customer service and client relationship skills

-         Enthusiasm for Energy Conservation

-         Possession of Blower door and manometer a plus

-         Strong presentation and organizational skills

-         Experienced in MS word, Excel, Publisher and PowerPoint

-         Knowledge of construction/home improvement is a plus

-         Ability to work independently and in a team setting

-         Sales experience is preferred, but not necessary

-         Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders and crawl around in attics and crawlspaces

-         Dependable transportation

-         Valid driver’s license

-         Pass a background check

This position is not based on regular work hours, but will be based on the needs of the customer.  Some evening and weekend hours are part of our normal business hours.  Creating a healthy home is part of the solution to global warming and the economic crisis.
