We are currently looking for an Energy Star Inspector/Rater in Northern Virginia. 

Successful candidates will possess the following competencies:

* Excellent oral and written communication skills

* Customer service focused

* Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems

* Self-starter; ability to work independently with strong attention to accuracy and detail

* Extremely organized

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment

Qualifications/Skills:

* HERS Rater or Inspector certification required

* Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license required

Experience:

* Experience conducting Energy Star Compliance inspections, including thermal bypass checklist, blower door, duct blaster and final inspections

* Knowledge and experience with REMRATE software

* Ability to upload data into tracking software

* Residential building/construction experience preferred
